Our Patient Portal allows patients to make bill payments online, request a prescription refill, and much more. There is our Ask-the-Nurse feature that will enable you to electronically submit a question or concern for one of our nurses to review. You can request a vial re-order electronically as well.

Signing up for our patient portal is the most expedient way to refill your prescription medications. If you aren’t registered yet, simply request a temporary access code from any staff member, which will be sent to your e-mail address along with instructions on completing enrollment.
If it’s been more than a year since your last visit, you’ll need to see our allergist first to evaluate your current medications for effectiveness and make adjustments.
Your prescription refill will be ordered at the pharmacy within two business days. Prescriptions are not refilled after business hours or on weekends. Please avoid contacting the doctor on-call for prescription refills.
You must see the allergist at least once every 11 months for your allergy extract to be renewed. It is at these visits that the allergist will evaluate your progress and determine if the extract needs to be adjusted. Click here for more information.
Results for recently performed lab tests, x-rays or pulmonary function testing may take up to one week. Your allergist will send a letter with your results, if unremarkable, and will call you if results indicate that a change in therapy may be needed.
